Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
How to Book
Begin by submitting the inquiry form at the bottom of this page with your group size, preferred dates, and a brief description of your programme. Our team will review your inquiry and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm availability for your requested period. Once availability is confirmed, we will share full booking details and next steps to proceed with your reservation.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm and hold your chosen dates — the exact amount and percentage will be communicated during the booking conversation and confirmed in writing. The remaining balance is due before your group's arrival at Soham Retreat. Specific payment terms, accepted methods, and any instalment options are shared as part of the booking confirmation process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are provided in full at the time of booking confirmation and form part of the written agreement between the organiser and Soham Retreat. We encourage early inquiry to allow maximum flexibility for both parties. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, Soham Retreat will work with organisers wherever reasonably possible to find a constructive resolution, including rescheduling to alternative dates subject to availability.
Group Responsibilities
The hiring organiser is responsible for the welfare of all participants throughout the hire period, including health, safety, and appropriate group conduct. Programme delivery, scheduling, and facilitation are entirely the organiser's responsibility. All guests and participants are expected to respect Soham Retreat's community guidelines, maintain the sanctity of the space, and treat the property and staff with care and consideration.
